Rose Tanner assists clients with business litigation matters, performing legal research, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, supporting discovery and deposition efforts, and communicating with clients. Rose also helps litigation teams analyze the strengths and weaknesses of arguments and evidence.
She frequently represents contractors or property owners in real estate and construction litigation. She also handles eminent domain matters and serves in a pro bono capacity to assist St. Louis tenants facing eviction.
Rose also has experience representing individuals and companies in the health care industry facing government investigations, civil fraud allegations, or criminal charges.
Before law school, she worked for a decade as an educator and school leader in elementary and middle schools in St. Louis, including as a member of Teach For America.

My free time is spent supporting my three sons and volunteering at their school. I coach the school’s chess team, teach preschool Sunday school, and cheer my sons’ sports teams.
