Ryan Reza represents employers in complex employment and civil litigation matters, with experience spanning single-plaintiff disputes, class actions, and PAGA claims. His practice is informed by hands-on trial work and a strong foundation in legal research and motion practice.
Before joining the firm, Ryan developed extensive experience drafting dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions, and negotiating early case resolutions through mediation at an international law firm.
Ryan’s legal background also includes work as a Certified Law Clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he argued preliminary hearings and prepared witnesses for felony proceedings. Earlier in his career, Ryan gained transactional experience in entertainment law and developed a business acumen through roles in corporate banking at Wells Fargo.
Ryan earned his J.D. from LMU Loyola Law School, where he served on the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and completed a District Attorney Clinic Practicum. He holds a B.S.B. in Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
I enjoy spending my free time primarily on three things: the Lakers, the Dodgers, and cinema. I love going to the movie theater every weekend and getting a Diet Coke and peanut M&M’s. But only when the Lakers or Dodgers aren’t playing.
