Sophia Dudgeon concentrates her practice on commercial litigation matters as a member of the Business Litigation practice.

While in law school, Sophia spent a semester as a full-time student law clerk under the Alexander Fellows Program for the Hon. Pamela K. Chen of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She was the Senior Notes Editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Review, where she published an article titled Service of Process via NFT Airdrops: The Pathway to Private Litigation for Injured Web3 Plaintiffs exploring the innovative method of serving process via blockchain technology.

She also worked as a student attorney in the Cardozo Tech Start-up Clinic, providing pro bono representation to early stage, high-potential emerging companies in technology, life science, finance, fashion, and other growth industries.
