Tom Fleming represents banks, lenders, and borrowers in complex financing transactions.
Tom has worked on behalf of financial institutions and other lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial lending transactions. He has represented clients in connection with secured, unsecured, single lender, syndicated, asset-based, and acquisition transactions, among others.
Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active generally as well as playing golf, hockey, and baseball/softball.
