Tonya Rose draws from two decades of experience in health care as outside counsel and in-house counsel to provide sensible, strategic, and holistic guidance to health care clients on sophisticated regulatory issues, compliance programs, government investigations, and day-to-day transactional and operational matters.

Tonya advises health systems, hospitals, physician groups, health care disruptors, and other health care organizations in navigating complex regulations and addressing business and compliance challenges. She regularly advises clients on federal and state Stark, Anti-Kickback and False Claims laws; Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement; health information data and privacy issues; and both internal and external regulatory audits and investigations.

Tonya has a particular interest in health care innovation and works with health care industry participants driving this innovation on regulatory and transactional issues including digital/telehealth and the use of AI, value-based care arrangements, and population health management. 

In addition, Tonya regularly leads clients through a wide range of health care transactions ranging from physician arrangements, clinical trial agreements, and other operational contracts to major acquisitions, affiliations, and joint ventures.
