Vicky Bray assists with estate and trust administration, management of trust accountings, and completion of estate tax returns, as well as fiduciary/individual income tax returns.

She is a key contact for attorneys and clients navigating probate matters, from drafting affidavits to complex estate documents. Vicky also works with out-of-state attorneys to file ancillary probate proceedings.

Vicky plays a crucial role in trust administration, assisting with trust review and interpretation, trust activity monitoring, and asset management. In addition, she coordinates, monitors and assists with distributions to the trust beneficiaries. Vicky also files insurance claims, redeems unclaimed property, locates lost assets, values assets, and prepares deeds and trust certifications among many other documents associated with the administration of a trust.

Her skills extend to preparing various tax returns including fiduciary income tax returns and individual tax returns. Her focus lies primarily on Form 706, Federal Estate Tax Return, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
Vicky manages the day-to-day tasks for several trust accounts, including reconciliations, processing checks, and making deposits. She also coordinates recurring bill payments and client disbursements. Furthermore, she has accounting experience in managing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll taxes, and sales tax for small firms and businesses.
