For the ninth consecutive year, Thompson Coburn Los Angeles Managing Partner Jennifer Post has been named to the LA500, the Los Angeles Business Journal’s annual list of the 500 “most influential people in Los Angeles.”
Each year, the Los Angeles Business Journal recognizes “the most influential, most powerful and most impactful business professionals” across a wide range of industries, including the arts and philanthropy, banking, civic leadership, finance, legal, media, entertainment, and technology.
In its profile, the publication highlights Jennifer’s broad leadership role at Thompson Coburn, where she serves as managing partner of the Los Angeles office, co-chair of the emerging companies group, and a member of the Corporate and Securities group.
The Business Journal states: “She focuses on transactions involving capital and innovation, representing venture debt lenders, private credit funds, and growth-stage companies across technology, life sciences, and AI-driven platforms.”
Jennifer joined the firm in 2016 and became its first LGBTQ managing partner. With more than 30 years of experience, she represents clients nationwide in financial transactions, including general corporate and securities matters and commercial finance, and also serves on the firm’s Management Committee.
