Jennifer Post, managing partner of Thompson Coburn’s Los Angeles office, has been recognized by the Los Angeles Times as one of its Private Equity and M&A Visionaries. The annual list honors influential leaders whose achievements and leadership have made a significant impact on the Los Angeles business community.
The publication highlighted Jennifer’s more than 30 years of experience advising lenders, investors, and high-growth companies on equity and debt financings, venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. She recently led a $50 million venture financing for a technology-enabled transportation platform.
Jennifer also serves as co-chair of Thompson Coburn’s Emerging Companies practice, where she advises innovative businesses through every stage of growth and development. She is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities group.
