Thompson Coburn partner Jesse Doggendorf is the recipient of a St. Louis Business Journal 2026 Business of Pride Award, earning recognition as an Outstanding LGBTQIA+ Champion.
Jesse is among seven individuals and two companies recognized in this year’s program, which celebrates LGBTQIA+ leaders and allies who are successful in their careers, active in their communities, and advocates for inclusion and equality.
“Jesse Doggendorf works to ensure diversity is at the forefront of employment decisions for the next generation of lawyers,” the Business Journal profile said. “As former co-chair of the firm’s LGBTQ+ affinity group, he spearheaded initiatives for a more equitable and supportive environment. He also provides pro bono legal work to clients establishing nonprofit organizations throughout the country.”
Jesse also served for nearly a decade on the all-volunteer board of directors of Pride St. Louis Inc., which organizes and executes St. Louis PrideFest.
