The publication states that Mike is “widely recognized for his success in defeating class certification, securing complete defense verdicts, and developing landmark precedent, including the widely cited Serrano joint-employer defense.”
Mike serves as co-chair of Thompson Coburn’s Labor and Employment practice group, where he represents employers in complex wage and hour disputes, breach of contract claims, and cases involving discrimination and harassment. A seasoned trial attorney, Mike has litigated more than 200 wage and hour class and collective actions nationwide. He regularly defends employers in both large-scale class actions and individual employment cases.
