Thompson Coburn partner Michele Kloeppel has been named a 2026 Women’s Justice Award honoree by Missouri Lawyers Media.
Michele is being recognized for her outstanding work in transactional law. She and the other distinguished award recipients will be celebrated at a banquet on April 16 at the Ameristar Resort & Casino in St. Charles.
With deep regulatory experience, Michele advises public company clients on SEC reporting obligations and key boardroom matters, including governance trends, exchange listing standards, disclosure requirements, risk management, policy development, and executive compensation. As co-chair of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, she closely tracks emerging regulations to help companies understand their full risk landscape and respond quickly to issues requiring immediate attention.
