Two Thompson Coburn attorneys have been selected to participate in 2025 development programs offered by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). The organization is dedicated to fostering a more diverse legal profession and brings together over 400 top legal leaders from corporations and law firms. Through its various programs, LCLD aims to attract, inspire, and nurture a new generation of diverse legal talent, empowering them to ascend to leadership positions within their organizations and across the legal landscape.
Mona Patel, counsel in the New York office, has been accepted into the LCLD Fellows Program. This highly selective program caters to high-potential, mid-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds, offering valuable opportunities for professional and personal growth, as well as fostering meaningful relationships within the legal community.
Elise Gonzalez, an associate in the Dallas office, will participate in the LCLD Pathfinders Program. Designed for early-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds, the Pathfinders Program equips participants with essential tools for building internal networks, developing their careers, and navigating both in-house and law firm environments.
This recognition underscores Thompson Coburn’s commitment to diversity and inclusion within the legal profession and provides valuable opportunities for Mona and Elise to enhance their professional development and contribute to a more equitable legal landscape.
