In a recent Washington Post article, Thompson Coburn Higher Education partner Scott Goldschmidt discussed upcoming federal policies that will influence how students and families finance college in 2026.
“There have been a lot of conversations among schools about offering institutional loans to help graduate students in need,” said Scott. He added that colleges are also exploring private loan options and working to identify additional scholarship opportunities.
