In a recent The Hill article, Thompson Coburn partner Scott Goldschmidt commented on the recent executive order directing federal institutions to examine Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs at universities with endowments exceeding $1 billion.
“I don’t think schools were necessarily surprised by the order coming out. I think the devil is going to be in the details of what guidance and kind of how the administration is planning to implement it,” said Scott.
