Remote Work Issues & Implications

As a result of the pandemic, employers were required to immediately pivot to a remote work environment, even for positions that were previously believed to require in-office presence to effectively perform the job. In this webinar, we will explore the legal ramifications of a remote workforce including its impact on the ADA accommodation process, considerations for workplace safety, and issues for compliance with timekeeping and wage payment obligations for remote non-exempt workers.

This webinar is approved for 1.8 hours general CLE credit in Missouri and 1.5 hours general CLE credit in California and Illinois. 1.5 hours general CLE credit in Texas is pending. This webinar is also approved for 1.5 hours of SHRM credit and 1.0 hour of HRCI credit.
