Thompson Coburn attorneys begin LCLD development programs

March 27, 2023

The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) selected several Thompson Coburn attorneys to participate in 2023 development programs. LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged themselves to create a diverse U.S. legal profession. They provide programs designed to attract, inspire, and nurture the talent in society and within our organizations, thereby helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.

Dallas Business Litigation Counsel John Atkins was accepted into the LCLD Fellows program. The Fellows program is designed for diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys and provides participants with professional and personal development opportunities, relationship-building opportunities and more.

Chicago Corporate and Securities Associate Kayla Siam were accepted into the LCLD Pathfinders program designed for diverse, early-career attorneys. The Pathfinders program provides participants with practical tools for developing internal professional networks through relationship-building skills and career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice.
