Cheryl represents lenders and obligors in complex finance transactions, loan restructurings, and bankruptcy, receivership, foreclosure and other proceedings involving creditor-debtor relations.

She additionally represents buyers and sellers in asset transfers and handles a variety of other commercial law matters.
Cheryl is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Attorneys and a fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. Cheryl was named to the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers list of top 50 women attorneys in Missouri & Kansas and has been listed in Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition and Super Lawyers Business Edition. She has been named to the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers list every year since 2005. Cheryl has additionally been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2012 (Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law and Real Estate Law).
