Leading a team of business professionals including seasoned CPAs, Jay oversees accounting functions on behalf of the firm including budgeting, financial reporting, taxes, payroll, and billing. His team is integral to firm expansions and the successful integration of lateral attorneys, as well as meeting client billing requirements.

A collaborative leader, Jay works to foster a team-based culture and create opportunities for development. He champions innovation in project and change management, including technology-based strategies to drive increased efficiency.

Jay brings a wealth of experience as a CFO at AmLaw 50 law firms and has held multiple senior leadership roles throughout his career. He has led the development and implementation of strategic plans focused on growth and profitability, helping firms to optimize and transform their operations. As the global CFO for an international law firm, he spearheaded programs to boost tax efficiency, improve reporting and analysis through a dynamic financial intelligence platform, and enhance revenue.
