Jennifer J. Sackett Pohlenz concentrates her practice on commercial development, environmental compliance, and waste management. She regularly advises clients on a wide range of transactional, regulatory, administrative, and litigation matters, helping them make strategic business decisions involving environmental considerations.

Jennifer represents local governments, private and publicly traded corporations, and individuals. She provides counsel on federal and state environmental laws and regulations affecting land, air, and water, including CERCLA, RCRA, AHERA, NESHAP, the Illinois Environmental Protection Act, and the Illinois Natural Area Preservation Act. With trial experience, she understands the business priorities that shape successful, well-negotiated resolutions. In addition, Jennifer manages commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract and foreclosure actions.
