Before joining Thompson Coburn, he served as in-house counsel at Goldman Sachs in New York. Michael’s transactional experience is highly regarded, especially in the M&A arena. He has negotiated and closed individual transactions valued in the hundreds of millions and collectively at more than $2 billion.
