Michael Rosenblum, a partner in Thompson Coburn’s Los Angeles office, has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2026 Leaders of Influence: Mergers & Acquisitions list. This recognition honors leaders shaping the Los Angeles business community. Michael’s inclusion reflects his strong presence in the region’s mergers and acquisitions and transactional space.
The publication noted that “few M&A attorneys bring the combination of transactional depth, in-house executive experience, and industry versatility of Michael Rosenblum,” underscoring his reputation for a practical, business-oriented approach to complex transactions. His perspective is shaped by prior roles as in-house counsel at Goldman Sachs and as general counsel of STIIIZY Inc., where he led approximately $300 million in transactions and aligned legal strategies with long-term company growth. He is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities group.
Michael also was recently selected for inclusion in the inaugural edition of Los Angeles Magazine‘s Best of LA Legal, published in June 2026.
