Sartouk is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property practice area.
He has an electrical engineering background, with substantial experience in communications systems and location-based services.
Prior to law school, he worked for a startup company, giving him valuable insight into the needs and challenges of growing businesses. He uses this knowledge to help clients make strategic decisions about their intellectual property.
Sartouk represents clients in a number of industry sectors. He litigates IP suits, advises clients on brand protection matters including IP enforcement, counsels clients on licensing, and assists in prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
