  • We negotiated 17 sale/leaseback transactions with an asset value exceeding $1.2 billion.
  • We negotiated the lease agreement for a client's new headquarters facility. This property was environmentally contaminated, and there were numerous environmental and risk management concerns, particularly given the applicable New Jersey environmental laws.
  • We represented a national retailer as tenant in the negotiation of a lease for retail space in a 675,000-square-foot shopping center, which is currently under construction. This deal entailed significant negotiation related to special rights of termination and opening and ongoing co-tenancy requirements in light of the general downturn in the retail sales industry.
  • Our group represented the tenant in a new one-million-square-foot urban development covering 15 acres in Omaha, Nebraska. The project is part of a $300 million mixed-use development including luxury residences, fine and casual dining, entertainment, shopping and personal services.
  • Our department handles all office leasing for a multinational corporation which includes the drafting and negotiation of 1,000- to 80,000-square-foot leases, subleases, licenses and residential leases for temporary company visitors.
  • We serve as counsel to a national retail company and handle all aspects of lease drafting and negotiation for 3,000- to 10,000-square-foot retail shopping center leases.
  • Our firm handles the lease negotiations for a national furniture company and regularly drafts leases for large stand-alone retail centers.
  • We regularly handle industrial and commercial leases from 10,000 to 100,000 square feet on a national basis.
