  • Business Development Coaching: targeted group and individual training for highly engaged partners who are ready to power up their practice to the next level.
  • Continuing Legal Education (CLE): Our in-house CLE programs as well as our client-facing TCLE seminars provide not only required legal education but also valuable resources on topics ranging from practice-specific training to diversity in the workplace. These high-quality programs are offered frequently to ensure consistent training. And our CLE management system tracks attorney compliance, provides a calendar of upcoming programs, and has a catalog of prior programs.
  • Emerge Leadership Development Program: This program, launched in 2024, provides leadership building and career advancement strategies to associates and counsel and includes interaction with firm leadership and ongoing coaching.
  • New Partner Orientation: This program is designed to ensure a smooth transition for associates and counsel into the firm’s partnership and provide the necessary tools and information to excel in their new role.
  • Substantive Training Opportunities: legal writing workshops and NITA deposition trainings provide associates with hands-on application for continuous development.
  • Women’s Leadership Academy: a cohort-based program for junior women partners to collaborate with firm leadership to work on strategic initiatives.
