Michele Kloeppel Recognized in 2024 Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A

Thompson Coburn partner Michele Kloeppel received an honorable mention in Mergers & Acquisitions’ 2024 Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A awards. The list celebrates women who are making an impact in the middle market and hold influential positions in the dealmaking community. “Our latest class of honorees are leading the way in driving change as role models and mentors to other women,” the publication states.
As co-chair of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, Michele is a corporate securities and compliance advisor to public and private companies and advises on SEC reporting matters and critical boardroom issues. On both the buy and sell side, she has represented clients in mergers and acquisitions ranging from $15 million to $600 million. She is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
