Bethany serves as Risk Management Counsel at the firm. She plays a crucial role in advising the firm on ethical considerations and potential conflicts of interest between new and existing clients and firm employees. She works to foster a cohesive and ethically sound environment by helping the firm execute new strategies to eliminate potential risk.
Bethany is instrumental in overseeing the onboarding process of new staff, diligently checking for potential conflicts, and coordinating essential ethical screenings. Her collaboration with the firm's general counsel and assistant general counsel ensures a seamless transition for newly hired attorneys. She takes a meticulous approach to reviewing company marketing material, waivers, and engagement letters to uphold and maintain ethical standards within the firm. Bethany's primary goal is to leverage her legal knowledge to ensure the firm's planned conduct aligns with the highest standards of legal ethics.
Prior to joining the firm, Bethany gained valuable experience at a Family Law Firm where she represented clients in diverse domestic relations cases. Outside the legal realm, Bethany enjoys exploring new destinations and providing mentorship through college readiness initiatives.
