David is a paralegal in the Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice.
Here, he supports clients and attorneys with all aspects of Ch. 11 and Ch. 7 bankruptcy practice in the federal courts. His responsibilities include preparation, filing and service of case documents such as pleadings, correspondence and fee applications, overseeing the departmental court calendar which tracks upcoming court hearings and court-mandated deadlines, and handling e-discovery needs for the bankruptcy and litigation teams.
