Jordan guides management and HR directors on various human resources matters and employment issues. Additionally, she acts as legal counsel for employers involved in labor and employment disputes at both the federal and state levels and during governmental agency investigations.
Helping an array of people and developing solutions for their diverse issues excites Jordan the most about being part of the labor and employment practice group. Not only is Jordan a seasoned labor and employment attorney, but she also has a lot of trial experience that she gained working at the Dallas County Texas Criminal District Attorney's Office as Misdemeanor Court Chief. Her experience in the DA's office proves beneficial when labor and employment litigation goes to court. Jordan is very proud of the motion for summary judgments that she has drafted and argued that have been granted.
Jordan earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University magna cum laude. While in law school, she served as the senior staff editor and staff editor of the Environmental Law Journal.
