Luci Wageman

Luci is an instrumental team member in the Banking and Commercial Finance and Corporate and Securities practice areas.  She assists clients in a variety of finance transactions (sports, real estate, insurance premium, aircraft, art loans and acquisition financing), including corporate and real estate matters.

She helps with the due diligence process in finance transactions by preparing closing checklists, coordinating lien searches, analyzing the results and reviewing organizational documents. She prepares ancillary documents for loan transactions, UCC financing statements and closing binders.

Luci also assists attorneys in a variety of corporate matters, including drafting and filing new entity formations, preparing operating agreements and obtaining employment identification numbers. She also has experience preparing trust certificates, corporate certificates and resolutions. She has substantial experience in assisting in the preparation of the California AIR Commercial Real Estate, California Association of Realtors and the American Institute of Architects forms.
