Monica assists clients in a wide range of corporate and securities matters, as well as banking and commercial financing matters. Monica is an associate in the Corporate and Securities group.

In the corporate space, Monica's practice focuses primarily on the areas of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. She handles a variety of tasks, including reviewing and developing contracts with lenders and customers, drafting resolutions and other corporate governance documents, contributing to due diligence efforts in corporate transactions, and researching relevant questions of state or local law.

Monica additionally supports clients in banking and commercial finance. Her focuses are bank lending, warehouse and other mortgage lending, and real estate and construction lending. For these clients, Monica develops a wide range of lending documents and amendments to existing agreements.
