Rodney Zagury

Rodney provides support to the Trusts and Estates practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration and estate and trust litigation.

With more than 20 years of experience, Rodney is well versed in New York Surrogate's Court probate proceedings, estate administration and fiduciary accountings, including complex judicial accounting proceedings. He supports client matters by preparing federal and New York State estate tax returns, gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns filed by trusts and estates. He assists with estate planning matters and the execution of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and health care directives and the secure archiving of client documents.

To further support litigation teams, Rodney provides support to the New York litigation team with fiduciary accounting analysis and judicial settlement of trusts and estates in contested proceedings on behalf of corporate and individual fiduciaries in the New York courts.
