This online presentation will discuss the revisions to the Food Safety and Modernization Act as well as the regulations implementing the Act. The primary focus of the presentation will be on the new rules affecting food shipping, produce safety requirements, new good manufacturing practices and the requirement for affected companies to have hazard analysis risk-based preventative control plans in place.
