Changes to U.S. Export Control Laws

Webinar

The Bureau of Industry and Security has published a series of new regulations to govern the exportation of goods from the United States, with a particular emphasis on the exportation of goods to China and to certain Chinese entities.

In this webinar we review the application of the changes to the definition of military end-user/end-use and the “direct product rule” under these revised regulations, with the goal of providing counsel and trade compliance professionals with the tools needed for compliant facilitation of trade activities.
