EEO Implications of Dobbs


The Dobbs decision, which returned regulation of abortion to states, has left employers with more questions than answers. This presentation will focus on the EEO and employment-related issues in a post-Dobbs society. The presenters will discuss the implications of Dobbs for employers and potential areas of concern in potential litigation and/or in the workplace.
