Several Thompson Coburn attorneys will be featured at the 2012 National Law Journal Regulatory Summit, to be held Thursday, December 6, in Washington, D.C. The all-day event will take place at the Marriott Wardman Park.
Partner Tim Sullivan will moderate a panel on “The Myths of Government Contracting,” which will explore the unique obligations and requirements companies must meet before pursuing successful business transactions in the state and federal marketplace.
Panelists will include Thompson Coburn partners Jeff Newman and Kym Nucci, and Larry Allen, president of Allen Federal Business Partners. Using examples drawn from first-hand experience, the panel will discuss some of the major myths and issues that continue to cause trouble for government contractors.
Other speakers at the Regulatory Summit include former U.S. Senators Dick Durban and Trent Lott, and former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer.
