ProjectCRAFT™

ProjectCRAFT™ is a collaborative web platform that allows companies to easily handle responses to legal citations and garnishments through a dedicated team of outside counsel while predictably managing their resources.

We developed ProjectCRAFT™ after listening to clients who were frustrated with the time and expense involved in processing citations, garnishments, subpoenas and third-party pleadings.

For companies across many industries, the handling of citations, garnishments, and other filings is chaotic and time-consuming — with no easy way to track or analyze the many legal process documents an organization may receive each month. While many are routine in nature, these filings carry significant financial consequences if a company fails to timely respond.

With ProjectCRAFT™, your company's legal order processing (LOP) team uploads filings to a secure, encrypted site. Thompson Coburn’s ProjectCRAFT™ team triages the submissions and seamlessly executes the required legal response — including electronic filing or other appropriate measures. Unless we need more information about a filing, your job is complete. Thompson Coburn takes it from there.

Your team can easily track, search and review pending actions with a suite of alerts, data analytics and tools — available to your team 24/7 from any type of device.

Offered through a flat fee, ProjectCRAFT™ provides consistency and predictability to your budgets, while giving you control over a wildly variable process.
