Our health care antitrust team integrates exceptional antitrust capability with our longstanding preeminent national health care practice, represents a broad range of health care organizations, and has hands-on experience in regulations that relate to the health care industry.
Our antitrust lawyers provide clients counsel to navigate antitrust impact on their operations. We have experience counseling systems and provider organizations, including as to the negotiation of payor and provider agreements, physician employment agreements, group purchasing organizations or arrangements, information exchanges, and existing or proposed transactions. We have defended provider organizations in investigations and actions by the FTC. We also have vast experience working with our health care clients during mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures to ensure that they abide by all applicable antitrust laws.
