Mentorship is a cornerstone of the firm’s culture. Connecting attorneys with seasoned practitioners and firm leaders is an imperative, and fosters meaningful mentorship relationships on a formal and informal basis. Incoming associates also receive hands-on training in the practical aspects of practicing law, as well as extensive networking and business development opportunities.
