STATES Act reintroduced in Congress to harmonize federal, state cannabis law

The STATES Act has been reintroduced in the U.S. Senate and largely mirrors its previous version, with two exceptions. Federal laws concerning cannabis currently conflict with state laws in states that have legalized cannabis or possession of cannabis.
