Cybersecurity issues have become commonplace in the government contracts sector. Many of our clients are directly involved in contracts designed to enhance the government’s cyber protection. In addition, nearly all of our clients have been required to implement robust cybersecurity practices to be considered for the award of a government contract, regardless of its complexity. While our clients certainly are able to address the technical issues that arise, we have been called upon to address cyber-related questions in the context of bid protests and contract performance.
